Having always been a lover and consumer of a great cup of coffee, combined with having a close friend in the roasting trade, I took the initiative to dabble in blending various coffee’s from around the world in search of that roast that would eventually bear my stamp of approval. I love a bold greeting in my first sip that quickly smooths out to a soft semi-sweet finish. Father’s Blend was born and so was my roasting adventure. “A mélange of Indonesia and Central America.”
